The introduction call
We talk through where you are, what you're targeting, and whether the next cohort timing works for you. No pressure to commit. If a different format suits you better, I'll say so.

Reserve your spot
Cohorts are 4–6 students max. Once we agree it's right for you, you reserve your spot in the next forming group. Limited intentionally — the intimacy is the point.

Pre-cohort intake
A few days before the cohort starts, you'll get an intake form — current role, target role, target companies, recent interview history. I review every one personally. The cohort discussions get tailored to who's actually in the room.

The two-week intensive
Eight evening sessions, live, small group. Your final session is a dedicated 1:1 mock interview with me — yours alone. See the full programme below.

Cohorts run on a rolling basis as the waitlist fills. Each cohort is 4–6 students, so they fill quickly once enrolment opens. Join the waitlist to hear about the next start date first.
Evening sessions are scheduled around the cohort's availability — typically 7–9 PM Eastern, two evenings per week (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday). Exact schedule confirmed when the cohort is set.
Sessions are recorded and available to cohort members for the duration of the programme. The mock interview sessions are not redistributed outside the cohort.
Missed sessions can be caught up via the recording, with a follow-up async check-in to make sure you have what you need before the next live session.
Full refund up to 7 days before the cohort starts. After the cohort starts, refunds are pro-rated based on sessions remaining.
